When you are trying to start an internet business, you will get mentioned online in a positive manor if you give people the service they want and expect, but just don’t get very often any more. I have a website that sell phone service, and I try to answer all emailed questions within an hour. If you don’t, then the customer will go somewhere else and you just lost a part of your income.
Responding to your customers the correct way can draw customers in for life. Believe it or not, if the customer is asking you, they probably haven’t been answered yet. Lets say you are the fifth vendor they have asked the same question and you were the one that finally answered them. They will surely be impressed first of all. In any business you run, you will have people asking you questions. From simple to advanced questions; how you answer them will be very important to your potential customer base. You want to treat each question like a potential customer.
